I absolutely love the Future app! I recently placed my account on hold and my coach still checks in with me🤯 also, I feel like its way more personalized to me (esp as I travel) and cost less than what I paid for a personal trainer. I will have to say though my coach (Briana) is the absolute best🤗

thank you for sharing about your cycle! not a lot of people talk about it, and i want to start doing that in my videos too. it has been debilitating for me, i’ve been on antidepressants for it and just recently came off. it’s going to be really important for me to focus on maintaining my self care, ie, workouts, meditation, etc

Makes sense for someone that needs accountability with their exercise but doesn't want to be tied to a personal trainer for expensive in-person workouts! I'm really into running right now and am curious how/why you think that running is costing you wellness in place of other styles of workout.
