I forgot to mention that you can only apply with your FINAL GRADE 11 results. UCT does require you to submit your grade 12 interim results during the year.
I’d recommend you choose a self catered residence, unless you don’t mind eating nasty meals and the same food the entire year 😂😂.

PS:It's a good thing to fight for becoming a Witsie however don't fight to get in and end up doing a course that is not in demand, I can't really mention the courses since I'm not one to undermine other people AND when choosing a course choose it based on your strength I mean after all one knows what he/she capable of, don't choose a course for the sake of "scaring people" or else you'll do a 3 years long degree for a decade or even drop out.University is a different ball game when compared to high school, intelligence alone doesn't guarantee one a pass.

I'm currently a grade 12 student I wanted to know if you can still be accepted by university even if you were not provisionally accepted. Your June results are bad as well as your grade 11. But let's say your finals is really good. Can varsity consider your application even if they rejected you as well as bursaries?

I'm still in grade 9 and it's almost subject choice time and I'm stressing because I am not sure which last subject I should take😭😭most people(parents) tell me to take accounting because it has alot of opportunity but i dont wanna end up in the lions den with physical science, life science and accounting at the same time I still wanna live😭💔but this video helped me and to hear that you also went through not knowing what you wanted to became helped alot now I can push myself to get good marks and get over and done with highschool because wow its nyewing😭thank you Zandile🥺❤

I think the science stream has more opportunities I mean 90% of the courses in uni require maths and physics and you can do anything with your maths. You can always substitute accounting with geography

ahhhhh not you being iOral hygienist🥰I'm currently in grd 12 and wits required me to do job shadow on oral hygiene since I wanna go there but what caught my attention is that the practice I was in they informed me that apparently oral hygienist is limited to certain staff and that dental therapist does stuff that oral hygienist don't do. My question is what's the difference kanti🤧isn't oral hygiene higher than dental therapy?

It's strange how much I relate to this, I'm also a first year Wits and I kinda went through everything you went through, most especially the "getting yourself to like your course part". I'm doing Occupational therapy and I thought I'll change but I've started liking it and I'm happy.

Hey, I have no idea. I know you can amend just before registration only if the course you want has space and you qualify.

Tuition differs for each course. Mine was around +- 50k
