I'm not gonna lie. Watching this at 4 in the morning fresh off of a horror binge and seeing the glitch caught me off guard and actually scared me! lol, but other than that, thanks for the advice. Finding Beta Readers for my writing has been hard lately, and trying to get ideas and know what to do has been difficult. So this has helped a lot.
If that's easy for you and your beta readers! I use Google Docs to write and found it's super easy to send it that way so they have the option to comment but not make changes.
That's another option! It's definitely not an exhaustive list, but Wattpad could be a good choice depending on what you're looking for. There is also a greater possibility of it being pirated or pieces of it being plagiarized, so it's really all about how closely you want to keep control of your story. I like to only get feedback from a small group of people who I trust will give honest and critical feedback but also won't distribute my story elsewhere.

Oh no! Wrong time, right place I guess 😂
I hate people reading my work. It's badly written and doesn't deserve to see the light of day, but I'm going to press the comment button anyway.
If you want to be an author, unfortunately, it's a requirement lol
I was literally just thinking about this the other day!! Thanks Lindsey for reading my mind
Haha I love it! We're always on the same wavelength
Should I share my whole draft through microsfot word?

There's a glitch where you freeze at 4:45. You recommended starting a TikTok to find beta readers; is there anything we missed?
Oh no! I might try re-uploading! It looks like on my end, after about 15 seconds the glitch/freeze goes away, there's definitely a few more tips.
@@itslindseeey I know there's more information in the video after that point, I'm just wondering if you remember what was skipped over.
I do have a question, why not put it on wetpad first and get opinions (obviously reach out to beta readers) then maybe self publish. Thoughts?

*takes a drink of water every time Lindsey says “beta”*
As long as it's water, you'll survive. Stay away from the hard stuff 😂
They'll beta writing convention, I expect, or on the Internet.
You don’t have to guess; I have them all listed out in the description in time stamps if you don’t want to watch it
