1. Do i need any permits or license for the paddle ski to fish back line on our beaches were permitted.
2. Im i allowed to paddle ski fish in Durban harbor?
You will need a fishing license and a vessel license. Tick no1 on your fishing permit and no10 ( if I'm correct) that's your vessel license.
Fishing in durban harbor you will need a transnet permit. You can get it by joining clubs around the harbor or joining DPSBC or DUC they will issue you with a portnet disk to fish the harbor

Awesome Channel. Watched all your videos so far. I'm also getting into Kayak fishing this year. Just a quick question from a newbie. Where do you guys launch in Umhlanga? And can you launch anywhere with a Kayak once you are a member of a KZN Kayak fishing club. I'm from Mpumalanga, and usually camp at Salt Rock. Was thinking of either launching there at Salt Rock or drive to Umhlanga and launch there at your spot? Sorry for the many questions.

I launch at eastmore Cresent in umhlanga.
You can launch from anywhere once you have a ski no need to actually join a club to kayak.
Salt rock is good fishing also so you can launch there get bait and fish. You will see many kayakers there also.
