23 years old, owns about 4-7 million pesos worth of housing lots and continues to buy more. Thinking about selling them all at profit (except the ones that i will keep) and put it onto MP2. Sana nga makaka retire ako na maaga para makapag enjoy ang buhay ko. #buhayiponariyo

Why would you sell them when you can rent them out? Plus, land banking will benefit you after a certain long period.

Nag auto play lang tong video pagkatapos ko manood ng isang video tungkol sa Pag-ibig MP2 but I'm so glad I stumbled upon this. Napaka-informative po at marami akong natutunan! Maraming salamat po! Matagal ko nang naririnig ang hype sa MP2 na yan pero lately ko lang naisip magresearch kung ano ba talaga yan at magkano ang pwedeng kitain in the long term. Salamat din sa tips kung paano makaipon nang mas effective.

Jusmi 2010 p pala ng start ang MP2, tas 2019 ko lng nalaman nung minsan nagbabayad ako ng housing loan ng friend ko nag sasalita ang staff ng Pag ibig at nagmarites ako,kaya nag decide ako mag open agad ng MP2, tas dumating nman c plandemic ,kunti lng tuloy ang na save ko....ok lng mrun ako ulit ngayon i roll over...❤😊
