I would center fireplace in living room area and do a U shaped kitchen with bar stools and get rid of dining table
The yellow color is a major turnoff, but the style of the house is attractive. The fireplace is squeezed into the dining area, and I would omit it! Eliminating it would allow much more counter and cabinet space in the kitchen.
