- The conversations between my lawyer and the plaintiff are hilarious. It's anyone's guess as to whether or not I'll actually get paid, but in the meantime, we can use puppets to re-enact the email conversation because it's so outrageous.

Have your lawyer register the judgment in the county where the Plaintiff lives, and in any county where he has property. You'll get paid eventually.
If you have his bank account information (check on which he stopped payment?) your lawyer can serve a levy on the bank.
Your lawyer can also ask the plaintiff if he wants to appear for a Debtor's examination. And he can also send the plaintiff interrogatories about his finances. There's a lot of ways to hassle the guy.
