I agree about the vegetarian options at some places. A plant-based option seems to be an after thought for so many places, despite it being the healthier and more sustainable option. Maybe next time order a custom-made sandwich & list all the items you want in your sandwich so that they don’t just end up giving you a cheese sandwich or a cheese plate (??!!). Also, let the hotel or restaurant know that they need more vegan & vegetarian options, since you are not the only one that is seeking out plant-based food. If we don’t speak up, they won’t know that there are people out there that don’t eat animals & want other options😊❤.

Are you sensitive to MSG, and seaweed, as well as mushrooms. It’s the ingredient in all. I can eat mushrooms, but mushroom powder seasoning and MSG give me the same feeling you described.

I know what you mean about misplacing your phone! However if you have an iphone, make sure siri is turned on, and then whenever you lose your phone you can just say Siri where are you? And she says I’m over here. I do it all the time 😆 PS I prefer your hair like this. It really suits your face and your personality.
