God makes you "feel invincible!" ... love Skillet!!!! They are inspired by God, and they're music reflects their passion for God. Husband and wife team ... Jon Cooper lead singer/bassist and Corey guitars/keyboards/ background vocals. Drums Jen Ledger (who also has a solo project) and lead guitar is Seth. Almost all their music is pounding, driving, get off your ass, power through the crap in this world and don't let it hold you down type of music. There's lots of slower "ballad" type of songs as well, but the musicality is still awesome. They have quite a few live videos on UA-cam too. But some of their best songs, and most popular from 10 albums, Comatose, Whispers in the dark, Sick of it, Rise, the Resistance, Awake and alive, Hero, Monster, Back from the dead, Legendary and You ain't ready! (Get ready for the gym on this song!) ... slower songs - stars, lions, and anchor, and more, are all great songs too. I personally like every song on their last 3 albums. A little bit heavier, Jon Cooper and Seth had a side project, Fight the Fury ... My Demons.

U should react to Legendary or You Ain't Ready. U might enjoy a couple of they're older stuff. Such as Sick Of It, Hero, or Monster. The Drummer is Jen Ledger. She has her own solo Album & she calls herself Ledger.

Hero and Monster I'm pretty familiar with, as well as Whispers In The Dark and Awake And Alive...so I can't really React to those. I've listened to this song many times and really enjoy it. But, I'm still not sure if there is full autotune on John's voice. It seems like there are several points where his voice seems to overlap and align with the synth wave in the verse to create an autotune-like "echo". It actually almost acts like a detune vs an autotune to give his voice an almost artificial tone for moment or two. Still waiting for your take on their new one "Surviving the Game" :-)
