Im getting a citizen vibe from this track
Everyday she alters who she is to fit into a new image of herself, but everyday she takes a little bit away from her identity (the sphere in the woods). There are messages (letters) from family/friends who are concerned, however her fear of accepting herself manifests this into something monstrous. Eventually what was once a beautiful dense construct is stripped down to nothing. One day she wakes up with no identity or direction as she wanders aimlessly into the distance.
I love you Citizen, keep changing.
This song and "Jet" have already sold me.
In the middle of it all
This is the living example of songwriting maturation. Amazing low end throughout the song and the chopping up at the end and the tremolo guitar stuff is so haunting and well put together.
This band has come so far from pop punk and it's great

Change isnt easy for everyone to accept but i just saw them live and they have so much dynamic. Pull off whatever sound they wanna have. Every single album is different and i have mad respect for that.
I cant lie, first 4 listens i was pretty iffy. But now i look forward to coming home and putting this on my speakers and just zone out with me,my self and I. Really stoked for this release .
I knew Citizen since Young States. I really loved Youth. I didn't liked everybody is going to heaven and at first I really didn't liked As you please. But now I got really into it and I love it! You can't compare it with Youth and As You Please, just because they're both the best records of Citizen!

I always feel like my headphones are breaking up at the last 20 seconds of the song
This feels like the familiar exhaustive task of trying to find your purpose in life and going through different milestones and changes and thinking, "this is it this is the one I'm sticking to," just to realize it's not what you want and changing your mind over and over again. Losing yourself and beginning to not recognize yourself anymore.
