I feel like the peppermint patty ice cream sandwich would be my favorite even though the others sound really good because I LOVE peppermint/mint things, sometimes when I go to DQ (Dairy Queen) I get the Mint Oreo blizzard but my sister doesn't think that Oreo goes good with mint, but I like it!

I'm kind of addicted to Pop Tarts in general and have always tried to come up with creative ways to eat them. It would be cool if Pop Tarts would sponsor a recipe video with you!
Great ideas, but why toast and cool the poptart? They're pre-cooked, the toasting just heats them up, the purpose of which is kind of defeated by letting them cool down again. Most of the time the people I know and I just eat them untoasted in general.
@mycupcakeaddiction you could do a mint ice cream sand which like miniature you take a mint and i would recommend mint chocolate chip ice cream for the middle and do a mint the top and bottom and just the ice cream in the middle. If you can do this it would be really cool and let me know what you think.
