once i showed my friends my 2x2 and one twisted the corners in a way that made 2 of them super loose which made it rlly hard to turn (btw this is a magnetic 2x2) so i had to take it apart completely and put it back together :/

Yeah, Gan’s 4x4 is not good for using as a 2x2. It has terrible inner layers, but to be fair this is Gan’s first big cube.

while on the 2nd solve on a 4x4 pretended as a 2x2, he ended up turning 3 inner layers which is the reason why he accidentally scrambled a 4x4

This happened to my 20 pound one and it was harsh like i litterally had to use a cheep 5 pound one for a month!
My mother gave me two challenge though,After l finish solving 5x5 and learn CFOP for 3x3 l will get to buy a 4x4 and the the second one is to solve 3x3 under 20s everytimes and make it average then l can buy a speedcubing.Btw l success solve the 5x5 but l can't memorise the CFOP method though.
