pre-roll drops exist all over the game and don't follow this logic. its just a bug with superiors that was introduced some years back and never fixed. it wasn't always like that.

As a Brit, the thing about Kebabs and Indian Food is pretty right. I only have 1 takeaway a month personally, but my takeaway choice is between Kebab / Chinese / Indian. The museum bit is a bit stinky, there's countless reports of other countries (especially in the middle east) destroying their own artifacts or selling them off to private owners. British museums either buy or save relics, and I know groups like ISIS blew up temples. In British hands, the artifacts are safe which is important. You give them back, watch them be destroyed within years.
