    What do you do if the heat pump drain doesn't work? Manual just says automatic if plugged in, mine will NOT drain, keeps filling up...

    I noticed no one from LG addressed any of the issues, my unit did not come with the drain hose and I don't see them on the website. It would help if someone from LG would reply, or should I look for other sources to resolve this?

    Do I need to run the air hose that vents outside when using it in dry mode or just a drain hose for the water?

    • @LGUSA
      @LGUSA  8 місяців тому

      Hey there. We appreciate you asking us this question. The Air Hose circulates the air from your unit to the outside. When in dry mode, you will still need to use the Air Hose and a drain hose for the water that needs to be connected through some sort of drainage system in your household. ^Anthony

    You missed the money shot though bro I think you're supposed to run the hose in the house for the air dryer that's why I watch this video to find out but it's not in there

    I just want to say that your written instructions for this product are absolutely abysmal. Instead of those, you should just provide a link to this video. Infinitely more instructive and effective. Your written instructions leave much to be desired, nothing is clear or concise. Everything is ambiguous and vague.
