@@TheKoreanMarksman nice, actually got mine today. Where did you apply your duct tape to reduce the rattling? I noticed there’s a little bit at low speeds
@@TheKoreanMarksman sweet! Just watched it. Glad I got the “v2” version lol. I was able to eliminate all rattles by picking up some washers, lock washers, and lock nuts and securing the tent that way. The cross bars on my topper already had a silicone/rubberized strip running down the middle. Haven’t heard a single rattle since! Other than the rattles and mounting, totally impressed for the price point of the tent. Appreciate your detailed video despite “all the talking” 😉 some people value it
They support the weight enough to keep it open, but they don’t spring open as soon as you unbuckle it so you kind of have to help it out. Not sure what that means for long term performance but I think topoak might take care of you if your struts wear out prematurely
We emailed the company 4 times with no response about the tent that was bought and paid for back in June for a trip we have planned since January for an Aug trip. Does anyone have a phone number I can call?
That’s one rooftop Korean!
this is amazing😂😂
lol
Hey I’m looking at buying one in Alaska where it is bright out all the time. Is it close to blackout? Does it stay nice and dark even during the day?
@@vaughnmakar4214 oh yeah I’d call it blackout for sure. Make sure to use code TKM10 for 10% off too
How was it delivered? Do they just deliver it on a liftgate and set it in your driveway?
@@lcfitness7697 a semi truck actually. They use ABF freight

@@lcfitness7697 nice!! Dropped a new video on it actually you might wanna check out but I put the tape between the tent rails and the roof rack bars

When you say the struts weren't strong enough, does that mean they dont support the tent properly?
