Today im 51 years old, this was my wedding song. Time is so fast, the young people of today are not living it, all have their heads down on the smartphone. I always tell my kids, take time and smell the roses, appreacate what we have, and even if it's just a flower. Good bless all.

Good to know this was a big release in 81 bc I never heard this on the radio or the clubs.. well, I started clubbing in 82 and may have heard it in the clubs, but don’t remember bc they played mostly uptempo dance music. I think o may have first notice this song at a fashion show in the 80s bc the first time I heard Illusions by Imagination was at a fashion show. Fashion shows back in the 80s played the best unknown music and I used to pay attention to what they played, while checking out the clothes on the runway. Funny this song was stuck in my head this morning and I UA-cam the main chorus and found ! I had the import 12” but since I never heard it before back then, I not sure how I found out about this song. Thank goodness ppl. that loved music in the 80s and 90s went to dance music record stores. Bc if you didn’t, you missed out on so much great music. I also ended up working at 2 of the best record stores in San Francisco and eventually had my own for 6 years. From 90 to 2003 and had the best time helping customers on what was great and new.
