Your wording alludes to negative reception of one of of the best shows in recent times, not to mention the reason all of the comic-based shows (as well as many films) that followed exist. But that probably wasn’t your intent. And yes Tom is definitely one of the good ones of Hollywood- an extremely rare thing. It’s cool to see some of these early interviews on YT. I love that Rosenbaum has helped introduce the show to a new generation with his TALKVILLE podcast.
@arrowguy173 Tom is a lovely 🥰 person and Smallville is an outstanding show. Handsome in every way. Very humble. Never heard a bad comment made about him. At one Comic Con event when he was introduced he received a standing ovation. He is Clark Kent/Superman. Incredible performances. Emotional and humorous. There were a few things about Smallville I didn’t like but I’m able to look past it because the show is so good! Smallville introduced all the DC, Marvel shows such as Super Girl, Arrow, The Flash, etc all would never have been possible without Smallville. The Smallville Pilot was an amazing Pilot and probably the best one of all shows to be honest. Smallville is being rediscovered now especially during COVID. 🙏🙏👏
He looks so comfortable in this interview. Many interviews of him consist of people telling him how beautiful he is or mentioning Smallville years after its finale, and you can tell how uncomfortable he gets. But here, he looks really comfortable and is just being himself here. I love it.

He strikes me as being traumatised by all the attention and overwork he went through on Smallville. The more time passes, the more he’s visibly relaxed and opened up about things in interviews (particularly with Michael Rosenbaum). I think that show really damaged him in a lot of ways, even though it’s set him up for life at the same time.
Haha get real. He's a busy man with a family and a career. Also he doesn't seem like the kind of guy who's all that into social media to begin with. But if he was he probably still wouldn't have the time to be sitting there reading through all the comments. He's a cool down to earth dude from everything I've seen. Hating on him just because he's not active on the disease that is social media is just stupid and makes you look like you're about 14.
