Jackie, I think you should mention in your future videos that Wordshare is charging existing perpetual/life time customers for the Filmora 12 "update". We agreed to certain terms when we purchased this license and now wordshare is changing the rules and charging for filmora 12. This is not a new product but an update. Shame on wordshare. I will no longer be using filmora.

Thank you!! I kept rejecting the offer for filmora 12 because I don't want to have a learning curve in the middle of my project - but what you just showed will save me a tremendous amount of time! So, if we upgrade to filmora 12, will filmora keep charging us for the AI Human Segmentaion add-on? Which I found really didn't work that well. I sooooo appreciate your tutorials!
I had a meeting with them, asked them to offer these AI tools for free. Btw, we need to wait until it is official released i December 9th.

Hi Jacky, I just installed the final Filmora 12 upgrade on a Windows 7 pro computer to check this smart cutouts possibilities but I don t see the green
brush appear in the new window on the video? I just got the brush to enlarge if needed and then it disappears immediately so that I can not use it to do smart cutouts nor will the toggle buttons work?
What can be the reason it doesn't work? The graphical card is a NVIDIA 900, processor i7-6700K CPU @ 4.00Ghz with 16GB RAM, 64 bit op system.
