  • This U.S. Regenerative Cotton Fund (USRCF) webinar was held on Tuesday, December 12th, 2023 and covered the Economics of Soil Health Management Systems on Eight Cotton Farms in Georgia. Jessica Kelton, SHI Soil Health Educator, highlighted the findings from SHI’s partial budget analysis that was conducted to equip Georgia cotton farmers with the economic information they need when deciding whether to adopt soil health management systems that include practices such as no-till, reduced tillage, and cover crops. After Jessica Kelton’s presentation, Dr. Gaylon Morgan, Research Director, Agricultural & Environmental Research at Cotton Incorporated, moderated a Question-and-Answer session with Jessica Kelton and Dr. Dianna Bagnall, SHI Research Soil Scientist.
