In Iraq, our medics carried the fabric bed parts from cots without the frame. You can slide wood beams or those hiking poles in them to help carry people out of some rough terrain.
Nice. @ the Infantry School Ft Benning we had one day of First Aid. I still keep sterile garbage bags around 😸. Something to cut material for a tourniquet. Hundred mile an hour tape & 550 cord. With all the Fentanyl Poisonings (from China) I'd like to get some NARCAN spray.☠️
I like it. I'm a US army medic deploying soon & I might prep this. do you know where I can find a litter with no poles? my unit's litters are all accounted for & I'm willing to order one, but I wouldn't know where to go.
The gun firing matching with the beat was awesome right off the bat! When the van doors opened up on the van I think I heard the heavenly sound start playing. LOL
BTW an itresting fact about us! In most israeli regular units we only carry 2 CAT tourniquet and israeli bandage and no more for a regular soldier. Israel plays a central role in the field of global tactical medicine, even though as of today the IDF has not fully adopted the TCCC(Tactical Combat Casualty Care) protocol. And we didn't adopted carrying IFAKs like in the US army. which is interestingly strange!
It’s kinda weird to have a lot of improvements in combat tech/tactics/gear but not fully TCCC On the other side, even if you guys don’t have IFAK, I love the way you mark X for Israeli Bandage and O for CAT TQ, it should be more widely used. The day I become Officer, this would be the first improvement I would bring to my unit
It's because Agilite lies about their gear being used by the IDF. Literally nobody in their SF or regular army knows who the fuck they are and its all a marketing strategy. I mean ffs his accent is so Western in this video that it should be obvious but then I remember people buy Condor gear unironically so I guess it shouldn't be surprising.
Really nice setup. I still remember what we were always told. "Remember you should carry the minimum amount of stuff needed because, if you carry a ton of "great" gear, your medical kit would be too large and you would leave it in the vehicle or team room " Also all of you watching this video ensure that you can reach your IFAK with both hands. Otherwise, try to guess which arm will get injured. Murphy is a bitch.
God, I love the IDF and Agilite, but my goodness, when our IDF friend flagged the camera man at 0:26, I know they are some of the best operators in the world, but my goodness. No hate, just a small pet peeve of mine. FYI, all of my gear is Agilite. I would love to see Agilite actually create a high cut helmet of their own someday!!
August 26th 2022 An interesting and very informative video. Thank you for sharing this with us. Watching and appreciative from the Fiji 🇫🇯 Islands. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Has the IDF uniform turned more brown than before? I also notice that the plate carrier is more brown than the Ranger green on the website- which I thought the IDF used
It depends on where your area of operation is. But the IDF began overhauling their equipment greatly since 2017. The goal was to modernize *everything*.
I took a shooting class with a green side navy medic. He had a shit load of CAT7's. He stuck them everywhere he could. He told me he has saved lives because he was able to use 8 CAT7's on various shrapnel sounds for the marines in his care.
Damn, 🦂 Kids of Agilite: if only Our MARSOC Raider SARCs and Army Special Forces 18Ds could be as geared up as this IDF Special Operations Medic, that would be awesome possum!!🇺🇸🇮🇱⛑️
SF units are not secretive on basic training or load outs but if it’s anything that’s advanced tactics, or some electronic gadgets then that’s where it would go against there ability to show the public but most of the time they can show the basic stuff
We need more of these plate carrier setup videos! Really like to see the loadouts

Loads of exciting stuff coming out of the back of that van

Awesome work everyone! Would love to see more tact gear for medics!

Im suprised that he speaks english so good. Love these vids!
Over 80% of Israelis know English. In previous videos, they just might not have been fully comfortable speaking it.

@@robertsteiner4696 There are a lot of Jewish Americans that join the IDF, They are called lone soldiers.
@@nicolasquintero1631 most know basic English from high school. Some are better than others. Most have huge accents.
@@robertsteiner4696 false. I personally know a few guys from one sf unit which using their gear.

Special forces are special forces
Ranger green(looks like type of grey) and brown in some units
