Another epic video! Also an update on my last tip, the Night and Fog stage plants don't sleep during any day stage, so that means that you can even use Shadow Pea on the roof. Another tip: bring Witch Hazel or Shrinking Iceberg Lettuce for any level with tanky zombies. Both of them can deal with them pretty well, though Shrinking IL will need some support to kill them (also the bugs don't appear outside of World 3)
