It's super easy to turn off autonomous nudity. Go to your wicked whims setting > nudity settings > and then uncheck naturism and exhibitionism switch and I think that's about it. This will only prevent sims to stop random autonomous nudity, which I think is all you asked for. They'll only get naked when they shower/bathe, use the toilet, and have sex but random nudity no more! But definitely play around with the wicked whims nudity settings for there to be less nudity

She just asked how to prevent her sims from autonomously getting naked so much in the most random times so that’s why I commented on how to turn it off. I guess she doesn’t mind when her sims get naked when it’s necessary, she just wants them to stop getting nude out of nowhere

You can find some signs from whickedwhims in build mode (i think they are debug, and under the custom content tag), they will allow/ disallow sims to preform certain actions in the room where you put them. So for example one of the signs will prevent your sims from getting naked or have sex autonomously. Also you can search for the streamer mode (it's already included, you don't have to download anything else!) in the whickedwhims settings, but personally those are a little bit confusing and not always work
The Wicked Whims site has extra mods where you click to download, you can scroll down and find the Streamer mod. Or you can go to the WW settings in game and disable autonomous nudity.

I love watching these videos when I play sims 🥺 but pro tip, if you download mc command center, there’s an option in the sub-menu “mc cheats” that allows you to switch which household you’re controlling much faster than going out to the main menu in game - it’s saved my life

I think she screen records her screen and has a separate camera that is probably attached to the camera. I don't know how she syncs it but hopefully this helped.
