After hearing about Fujiwara Keiji's passing, I couldn't bare going back to the Japanese dub FF7 or KH. It felt like a piece of my childhood died with it.
I finally got the courage to look up this game's Japanese edition, since I had avoided it after his passing. I actually teared up a bit hearing his familiar voice again.
R.I.P. Fujiwara Keiji. You brought an amazing talent to amazing characters to many in my generation. These characters won't be the same without you

@@DRigg100 "Zo" is a casual way to end a statement. "tto" makes the whole statement less serious. It gives Reno the attitude of
"I don't take anything seriously, but just saying."
@@jameskitkona knowing these ending words of japanese really make watching anime in jp way more interesting. And Gintama even had several episodes makes fun of characters creating their own ending words XD

As much as i like Reno, Tseng is by far my favorite Turk, and the hottest. I also love his voice actor both Japanese and English dubs. I didnt like how they did Rude and Reno in AC at all. They were reduced to slapstick comic reief and i just never saw them like that. 😢
It's thanks to Advent Children if they are what they are now, though.
In the original, the Turks weren't very fleshed out, and Advent Children made Reno and Rude fan favourites, which is what pushed Square Enix to develop them further in the Remake.
