Scenario: Ana, a retired frequent traveller flying to Vancouver, Canada for leisure, has a valid 10-year US Visa and also a valid and approved 5-year eTA to Canada, will be staying in Vancouver for less than a month, has a roundtrip ticket, andito sa Pilipinas ang mag sponsor ng travel, so merong AOS from here, the accommodation in Vancouver is offered for FREE, accommodarion ONLY... but the living expenses meaning food and going around town expenses is on Ana so as not to burden her 90-year old brother in Vancouver. He won't spend a single cent. Is there still a need for an AOS consularized from the Philippine Immigration in Vancouver? I hope not anymore coz no financial support naman, accommodation lang, no food and all coz he is too old to be busy in the kitchen for a visiting for leisure traveller. What is your take on this ma'am? Is AOS, bank certificate from the Philippines enough? No need for another AOS from Vancouver? Thanks.
If your requirements are complete at na off load ka Ayaw nila masapawan at inngit sila. At crab mentality umiiral pero pag may mga kaso na foreigner na iniwan sa pilipinas walang restrictions. Only in the Philippines

Pero yung normal processing po ay 2-3 months. Kapag visit visa normally hindi po yun covertable to long term visa. Hello po, need nyo po mag apply ng family reunification visa with minor po, mabilis lang po yun, though case by case, may client po ako nakuha ang family visa during sa appointment nya din po mismo. Pero yung normal processing po ay 2-3 months. Kapag visit visa normally hindi po yun covertable to long term visa. Pero may mga city na nag allow na mkakuha ng residency ang visit visa holder, same with my other client din po. So depende lang po sa Ausländerbehörde ng city kung saan po nkatira ang partner nyo po.

Sponsor po yung tourist ko pa italy by my boyfriend and we planned po civil union and we met in Israel. Since wala pong spouse ang italy so kaya tourist visa inapplayan namin.
