This Anime really broke me. It just leaves you with an empty feeling. I guess that’s what makes good writing but damn, big hole in my feels right now. Might take ages to recover. But I loved the chemistry between Tatsumi and Mine. Which is what made their last scene together more impactful.
@@Izzy_the_moderator The anime was made before the manga was completed though so creators really needed to think on their feet when making the last half of the anime... Kind of like FullMetal Alchemist (2003) with Brotherhood as a reboot.
I just finished the anime in lockdown and now I'm here... I won't ever forget this show and the rollercoaster of emotions it was especially not Mine's and Tatsumi's relationship or their deaths. This is the best way I can pay my respects to what I personally believe to be the most impactful relationship and individual characters I've ever seen. Rest In Peace Mine and Tatsumi.

Tatsumi goes to confront Suzuka while Mine handles Seryu. In their second battle Mine tells Seryu that the irony of Seryu's morals, stating that although she claims to fight for justice, she is no different from any evil person. Mine plans to take her down without mercy as they battled she's nearly destroys Koro's core, so Seryu has him transform into his berserker form. During this moment, Mine is momentarily defeated until she recalls her past as well her memories of Sheele and Chelsea. As Seryu and Koro descend upon her, the surge of emotions allows her to unleash Pumpkin's trump card and bifurcates Koro as well as Seryu. Mine told her she made her mad which cost her the battle so Seryu's final act was to detonate the bomb inside of her body in a last ditch attempt to kill Mine unfornately, Mine is unable to finish Seryu due to Pumpkin being overheated. Mine attempts to escape, but due to her injuries, she cannot move far enough in time. The bomb detonates, which finally kills Seryu and Koro and Mine is saved at the last second by Tatsumi. Sometime later, Tatsumi would return to Mine's side and wait for her to awake. Upon her awakening it is revealed that she is pregnant with Tatsumi's child. Because of the mental and physical injuries they sustained during battle, Tatsumi & Mine retired from service and settled down away from civilization where they married and had children.
You skipped a huge chunk as to how it actually happened xD, some time after tatsumi saves mine she actually tells him he she really feels about him and both tatsumi and mine end up together there was a scene in which tatsumi was worried about the threat esdeath would represent in the future but mine holds him and tells him she will make him forget everything about esdeath. After that lubb and tatsumi go into the capital to investigate the wild hunt only to realize it was a trap and they are captured Just like in the anime tatsumi is set to public execution and mine goes to save him along the rest of night raid (lubb is still alive but imprisoned in the dungeon) night raid fights against esdeath and budo and tatsumi starts to fuse with incursion during this battle, after night raid starts escaping they realize budo is on their trail so mine decides to pit an end to him once and for all however she uses too much energy and her pumpkin is destroyed and falls into a coma
Season 2? Why not . I mean I would go pay to see the movie if there was/necessary. By the way tatsumi turns into a fuckin dragon! In other words dragons get reincarnated
They made it before tatsumi turned into a dragon. Even though they have it with the present condition, the child would be a human with natural powers of a danger beast. The proofs are the founder of way of peace( from manga) and one more character in hinowa GA crush( sequel of akame GA kill)

Its really sad to see her go, they gave build up to the two, and made them the main couple, and not only that it wasn't cliche like a lot of couples in anime, they legit gave build up. I might need to go rewatch it to look at the romance, because the show just blew me away, since it wasn't your typical anime, and it didn't throw sex jokes everywhere, and fan service, heck the naked bodies we see don't even show nipples, and they're just a females body with the usual light skin Color, and they censored nipples, which I'm glad. Seriously, this show meant business once they killed off two main characters, they made the opposite team of knight raid compelling to, they have motives, and have understanding reasons to why, even though a couple of them may not be likable. This was a really good anime, "at the time being" I think it should it should have a higher rating, as of now, it has a 7.9 which is really good, but expected I higher
@@trevturp6891 yeah actually in the manga it was 50x better and the anime just fucked up royally removing arcs and making up shit on the spot, would've rathered 600 years of filler in order to actually let the manga catch up instead of shitty improvising.

En la serie es muy forzada la relacion de mine y tatsumi, se ve mas realista la relacion de esdeath y tatsumi ya que tienen mas desarollo juntos desde el principio en el que se ven.
