I know this was from a year ago and browsing videos on the area. As someone who is scouting the area as a potential place to move, just visiting twice I absolutely agree with all these cons you guys pointed out. IDK... I heard such great things about Camas and you pointed out the only things I really liked which are the lakes and the quaint downtown and that's about it. I wasn't too impressed to be honest. I think there are better choices that are less expensive. I actually saw some dumpy homes just outside of downtown Camas that are probably worth a lot of money. No thanks!
