Patchouli is always a no for me.
Try them out in person if you can or get decants. There are so many that I ended up oddly falling in love with even though I’m not a patchouli fan.

I was late to the game with Mon Guerlain Intense, but it's amazing. I'll still use up my original, but definitely ordering a large bottle of intense
Agreed, the bottle is much nicer 👍😍 I really like patchouli in some perfumes, it helps the fragrance to ground and to last.. and sometimes patchouli helps the perfume to mature a bit, helps it not to get too "juvenile" 👍😁 great video again 😍
I recently around Valentine’s Day got mon guerlain intense and OMG, it’s a huge love to me!! My husband loves it as well, so that’s a big plus!! Great haul!!❤️

Beautiful fragances one of my favorites house is Guerlaind perfumes , I adore Mon Guelaind intense, end the original too ,and the OD T and bloom of rose 🌹 too , they mix very nice with my body chemistry !!! I like to try more of the Pettie line , I have black perfecto only !! I love your videos ,thank you!!

I really want to find a small bottle of Limon Verde, it sounds so refreshing and I love lime 💚 I have 3 others from the line. I have the OG Mon Guerlain and the EDT and really enjoy them as easy grabs in my collection. I had one from the La Petite collection but ended up letting go.

I wear le petie robe noir intense with kayali vanilla and always get compliments, plus I love the combo!the bottles are the same parfum.i have that one.

I really love the packaging of the LPRN Original one. Never even heard of this perfume until today when I saw an unopened bottle of the EDT in my Mums room. I wonder why it isn't talked about enough

So far I own 3 La petite robe noir flankers and 3 Mon Guerlain flankers. They are all beautiful in their own way, however I really enjoy the intense version of both the most 🥰😍 Black Perfecto and Mon Guerlain EDT are also fantastic. I suppose I’m team Mon Guerlain and La Petite Robe Noir. ❤️😊

Yes! It's the best lime and I love that about it. I never get the tropical fruits other than the sweetness they add. They never shine over the lime. They blend well. That sugar cane...I live!!!!
Would you say it's kind of like versace versense in a way??
@Sher L Collins no. Versense is green and flat. Its loud as a citrus but nothing like Limon verde
Hey Amy...I've been meaning to get into more Guerlain frags, but I wasn't really sure where to start. The only one I've purchased thus far is La Petite Robe Noir Black Perfecto. I combine it with Aquolina's Berry Blast, and they have me smelling like sweet cherries, blueberries, and new leather all day long...soooo freaking good...lol. Next, I want to try Mon Guerlain or the intense version. Since I really enjoy lavender frags, I think I'll start off with the original and see how that goes. As always, tfs.

la petite robe noire intense is one of my favorite scents of all time! on my skin I get mainly juicy blueberries and it actually becomes quite fresh smelling, and not as sweet as it gets on others so I can get away with wearing it in the summertime. i dont get too much patchouli to my nose. one of my signatures for sure! Im not a huge fan of the original though
I hope with time I start getting more and more of the blueberries because that’s what I’m really enjoying with that one 😍😍
I LOVE that one too!! I get the blueberries more then the cotton candy but do get them both, also get a tiny bit of incense which to me just makes the blueberry and cotton candy more mature. I find it intoxicating and have had people chase me down, I love it so much and definitely think it’s so much better then the original with the cherry.
I’d been wanting a petite robe noir and now I just ordered the eau freiche after your review. It sounds like a great easy scent to wear. I only own the mon guerlain original and really want the intense or another flanker (maybe the floral).

@@AmyGlam it arrived and is very nice. I think as it warms here (we get snow through late spring) it will be great. It’s pretty soapy to me which surprised me but it’s still very nice.
I had the la petite robe noir intense and hated it, definitely not for me. Eau fraiche remains my favorite! I got the mon guerlain intense gift set too and I just love it its so beautiful!

Lol I had the same issue with LPRNI, patchouli just isn't a note that I love, it can completely take over and ruin a fragrance for me. My 👃 just isn't there yet I guess.

I have LPRN Black Perfecto EDP. The bottle design got me! I love goth aesthetic. It’s a black cherry, almond, leather winter only for me! I’m not a fan of licorice so Guerlain is a risk for me. My mom loves the brand and has a lot of their older lines and the Aqua Allegorias which smelled like honey comb, not sure if it’s just the ones she pick out tho. I’m tempted on the Freiche & intense but I’m scared 😆. I also would like the teazzura, coconut fizz, and limón verde.
Btw, conifer are 🌲 Pine cone trees. We have a lot in CA!
I haven’t looked into the black perfecto but I’ll have to go take a look at the notes 🥰❤️ thanks for letting me know about the conifer, we learn something new every day! And now that totally makes sense because my husband says that one reminds him of Christmas 🤣😂🙌🏼
@@AmyGlam black perfecto isn’t a love but it’s so unique and I layered it to bring out the almond or add rose. It’s my dominatrix scent! It’s a mood definitely.
We must have ordered LPRN Intense at the same time, bc I got it before they put the photo of the bottle on FragranceNet… and I was really annoyed by the bottle design. I ended up ordered the OG LPRN in the same design so they would match (it’s a collectible version called So Frenchy). ETA: omg we also got the same Mon Guerlain Intense set! :)

Hey girl 👧 ❤️ I own LPRN original EDP, eau fraiche and a sample of the intense. I think the eau fraiche is my favorite at the moment. Can we talk about HOW MANY FLANKERS there are for LPRN?!?! It's so overwhelming. I went on fragrancenet and I couldn't believe it! Hahaha are there any other Flanders in the LPRN line that you think are worth owning??
Hi! They do have a lot flankers! 🤣😂 I only own the ones I talked about so I’m not sure about the others. I know there was one that was released that had almond in it but they don’t sell it in the US 😩 I really wanted that one.
Personally I own them nearly all excepted the nectar one the white bottle one and to me the couture is the one that stands out most after the eau fraîche and the intense but I still can’t figure out why but I guess its the oakmoss because I love that note

Patchouli is so polarizing. I love it because it mixes with my chemistry so well. I don't blame you about the bottle...it is kinda ugly.

I like patchouli, but only clean patchouli, like what’s in Shiseido Zen. If they are too heavy, earthy, or dirty, they can ruin a fragrance, IMHO.
I struggle with patchouli in scents. My skin always amplifies it

I got limon verde. It 's smell amazing but longivity is poor
Do you think mon guerlain intense is too heavy for California heat?
I personally found it heavy and masculine on me but my mom loved it as soon as she smelled it. I think it can be worn on a summer evening but I think it would be even better in cooler weather.

I do not understand why I suddenly don't like Mon Guerlain. I used to be OBSESSED but now the only thing I can smell is licorice. And I HATE licorice. Same with all the Petit Robe Noirs... So sad.
