Anna is not a bad person and she did not deserve being cheated and lied on FOR MONTHS!!!! Just for following her passion, the one thing that makes her, her. Any artist understands how you self-identify through your art and you would not be the person whoever is with you fell in love with if you did not get to follow that fire in your heart. She left for a one in a million opportunity that is short lived (as a ballet career always ends while you're really young still) as the first asian white swan. Yet she is judged as a women "to put her career first". While the main lead was perceived as the victim in the relationship but he DID THE SAME EXACT THING! He put career above their relationship. Why else isn't he in Paris to be with his women and support her? If he didn't put his important career first too, they didn't have to do long distance and he knew that she auditioned for that role and would have to leave if she gets it. THEY ARE SO ALIKE! THEY BOTH ARE CAREER DRIVEN AND SELFISH. And that is the main reason why the leading female fits better to him. She challenged him to have to improve himself as a person.
I agree with you greatly, Anna was not wrong for putting her career first at all and Xiyi was wrong for continuing to cheat on her (seeing as the first time Xiyi and Jiaxin slept together was a mistake). But with that being said at the same time love and relationships are a two-way street, so Anna couldn't have expected Xiyi to follow her around and wait around like a puppy for her to come back. And Xiyi was supposed to tell Anna about the situation from the start. and in the end, Jaixin was never to be blamed for anything that happened and Anna being a fellow woman, hurting Jiaxin like that was never right because she caused her to lose precious child out of jealousy.
I agree with you. I believe that xiyi's fate is for jianxin. If he don't have a feeling to jianxin why he follow her over to her house, admitted that he's the father of the child and accepted the marriage that put him on a difficult situation. He cannot leave because of his promise to his grandma. Anna put her selfish career first than the man he love. She left without saying goodbye to xiyi. What a heartbreaking for someone who plan to propose her. Its true that she don't deserve to be cheated but Ana cannot blamed xiiyi and jianxin things that happened with the two. But I believe on the judgment of grandma whose trying to help her grandson with important things before she dies.
He did try to go to Paris and stay with her for 15 days but had to stay behind coz the mother-to-be of his child was sick. I'm not blaming Anna for leaving for the main role, but apparently, she had already stood him up several times and the guy was getting fed up with it. Anyways, the main couple was destined to be together. It is what it is. They all are human and humans can be selfish and stupid. Loved the character development of the two leads btw. They both eventually became better versions of themselves.

My fav is the romance of tiger and rose, I also like the eternal love. But I feel this drama is not as good as those two, especially some of the plots.
