Dave is still independent as well as a lot of the UK artists. He mentions on his 25th birthday track he turned down 16 million for his publishing. Just a sidenote the UK artists learnt a lot from The USA and we have our own history of being ripped off by big labels from the garage and grime and jungle era in the UK. I'm so proud to see these young artists not signing away there fortune immediately. Now I'm in my 40s I Shake my head at the missed opportunities but you live and learn. Hope you also do Panic Attack Live from future festival before Heart attack. Peace

Dave has 2 brothers who both ended up in jail. Chris for murder, Ben 4 financial type crime Chris went down in 2012 when Dave was 13, way before his track, so i think it's possibly about Ben, although i though he went to prison when Dave was ~16, not sure now. Ben is out, Chris is still in.
Up until last year he's been independent and has turned down mad millions (check My 24th bday)
