Exactly what I was looking for thank you! Everything I found was talking about transitions and when I do my talking head portions of my videos I wanted something that would make my zoom ins and zoom outs feel much more buttery and smooth. And the interpolation was the answer!

Hey on my premier pro there is a scale height option and scale width option which one do I choose?

Hey there, you should always try to use current versions to avoid missing out on the new features. Currently, I am using version 22.0 In this tutorial as you can see I am using Transform from the Effects tab, and there is a scale option if you do not have that option which I think you should have if there is Transform in your premiere so take another look. If there is no such option I recommend you update your program. Hope this will help you.
