I would submit a case under the support tab so that they can track this question as I am not sure what you mean... did you cancel it? Either way, the Case route is probably the best. Be as detailed as possible with your issue and they can give you a number to call where someone will have the answer for you!

hmm never seen a group without the search bar. Did you reach out to your Customer Success Manager (CSM) they should be able to tell you
