I suggest you use 1 2 3 mix plus 1 kilo bag of Sahara in each mix. It can be a bit more expensive but more durable and with Sahara become water proof ....
your mix was a 123 mix from what you showed (1cement,2sand,3rock) and best to use red apo cement and sifted sand to render the insid and outside of the walls, just found your channel and subscribed!
@Jeepman09 thanks for the sub and yes we are using 1:2:3 mix for floors and filling the blocks. When making the blocks though we used a mix ratio of 1:3:6 as they don't use any aggregate here in CHB. And yes the red apo cement is the best product and what we are using here also.
Hi Roy you are a lot better and it will be a better finish to buy bags of skim coat after they render with one coat to get a smooth finish ready for painting you did say you doing a second floor make sure it’s all poured in one pour start early morning work till finished cheers gerry
They just use a sifted sand and cement mix for skim coat here brother. If you watch our latest vid you'll see the boys mixing the mud. And there is no education in schools about burning plastics or throwing it into the waterways. Its ironic considering seafood is a huge part of the diet here.
Ok I'll watch it soon mate and do a comment on that one, yeah there needs to be a bit of plastic education here, but it works so good to start fires i don't think people will pay for fire starters when they can burn rubbish for free
@@Rhea_Roy haha yeah it's a shame to see some of the stuff they burn here and I actually tried to educate my Nephew here just last week about burning plastic bottles.
Hi Roy they are working very hard and fast it's always nice seeing something being build from the bottom up good luck Mate
Hi Dean, thanks mate, yes it is, it's a first time for both rhea and myself to have our own brand new spot in the world
Finally seen long time back this video much love for both of you all.
