I cant find any silicone based oil/lube anywhere. Can you please tell me what to buy and I will buy it. I have only had my poo-boo l-now for a week and already i'm hearing some squeeking. Please! tell me what I should get to maintain my bike properly...Thanks! :)
never apply cooking oil on anything because after its gonna be a lot laggy!only water without soap do the job because sweat is salty just clean it for rust prevation!hope it helps!

Good vid. Surely hiring an engineer to do this would be overkill? A technician would be able to do this more efficiently and at a lower cost.
