based on the teasers i was actually expecting something more energetic, and i was pleasantly surprised to hear the full and find out it was actually more of a ‘chill’ bop if that makes any sense. it leaves me feeling kind of sad and melancholic somehow, especially “give me a second to forget i ever really meant it”. i absolutely love it and probably have listened to it 100 times already.
