Forrest was brilliant when he came on
James Forrest running and passing was fantastic, not one pass went astray, 100% accuracy on passes, Legend and fully deserves his contract extension
dont disagree hes class but i think we give him more credit because we just watched daizen maeda "try" play football. forrest atleast has some sort of ball controll and sense of knowing what to do with it
Agree when he come on totally on fire..
U no yer fitbaw m8 agree bigyin
Great to see the subs make a big impact. 2 goals will do Idah some good for his confidence.
Bernardo for me is getting better every game.
Kuhn is unbelievable right now.
Yang looking a lot sharper coming on as well.
All great stuff.
The old international break first half, you can't deny it. Great recovery. Hail Hail.🍀
Idah 7 goals this season off such limited opportunities. 4 league goals, 2 league cup goals, 1 Champions League goal. He deserves more game time.
Why change what's working.
Kyogo is the better player...It's that simple.
This season it’s all about wor squad huge games upcoming need everyone ready and willing 🍀
I feel we need to start with two strikers as they seem players who would complement each other perfectly.
@@49blackboab I said he should get time, not more starts. Has Kyogo even got 7 goals this season?
Running out of words for this team 😂🔥
Ano awesome exelent brilliant 👏 sensational 👏 ah could go on all day 😄 but away 👀 the mighty Glasgow celtic Glasgow thts all folks
Great win going into Wednesday. the away allocation at tynecastle is shocking , can’t even fill their stadium.
They chopped off their nose to spite their face. In the long run it'll hurt them. So they lose either way. Fools if u ask me
Their "ultras" were bouncing like wee bears behind that goal until we scored our third, then they all skipped away home to mommy with their tails between their legs.
They think they're preventing us from getting an advantage, but they're only disadvantaging themselves by reducing their potential income. Almost the entire league is like that. Oh well, phuck them! If they want to race to the bottom by diminishing their income while we race to the top---and stay there---then I think our fans losing a section of our away allocation is a small price to pay. It's a win-win situation as far as I'm concerned. We can't change it (for the moment) so all we can do is change the way we feel about it and keep winning regardless.🍀🍀🍀🍀😀
MaedaとKuhnのコンビが素晴らしかったです!!
Great result, I remember watching one of the fans of his old club talking about what we could expect to see from him, strength's/ weakness when we signed Kuhn, the guy said his biggest weakness was his finishing ? not now, another incredible finish tonight... cheers lads.
HAIL HAIL THE CELTIC FROM DUBLIN
Needless empty seats is something Scottish football cannot afford... The sheer spite of these clubs is disgraceful
The weather was terrible...To be expected.
Next season in the championship be even less people there
Fine each club the cost of an empty seat, bet they’d sell them to away fans then.
Great insight lads
HH🍀
Delighted with the win. One thing that concerns me is the lack of reaction from anyone to the now seemingly permanent dropping of Liam Scales, arguably our most consistent performer last season. What has Scales done so wrong to deserve permanent dropping. I don't think Trusty is any better.
@@gaeilge0900 agree with this, scales harshly treated here
Trusty is far superior
@@peterpauloreilly4993 It can only be down to one thing. He was caugh for pace for Aberdeen's equaliser in the 2-2 game. Literally one mistake and he's gone. I wouldn't be putting all my tickets on Trusty.
That's life survival of the fittest
He's still on a red from the England game 😉
Great analysis guys, felt we were lucky to go in at half time 0-0. I said before the game that Idah and Bernardo should start. Engles wasn't in it,.
Three more points on Wednesday and it's European football after Santa !
Top class in the 2nd half from the lads, what a start to the season! Kuhns going to get a superstar, hope he's naw injured from the tackle!
Great understanding between the players even wen the subs come on it just clicks Great performance second half
Great stuff lads, thanks!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Mirror image of the Kilmarnock game
Thought we were poor against Kilmarnock the whole game, tonight we were poor first half and excellent in second half
Thought the play was slow 1st half. The play from the back had me panicking sometimes but got the result.Hail hail
1-4 the Celtic 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👍😁🖐️👌
Great second half job done Engels very poor again jury’s definitely out on the lad Mccowan and Bernardo must be wondering how they can’t get in ahead of him
Hail Hail
Bernardo needs more game time. Engles although young isn’t there yet imo
Great post match analysis as always lads. Slow first half for us, but second half we played some great football. Keep up the great work lads. Well done. Hail Hail. 🍀🍀
Much appreciated
❤️
Cold day at tynecastle...
But colder at ibrox: -11
😂
Defend like that on Wed night and we will get beat
Boys, great analysis as always however remember who and where we are playing. Do not be conned into thinking we should turn up and win.
Hearts at Tynecastle will always be a potential banana skin. Tight pitch and a hostile atmosphere.
4-1 win is a brilliant result and I fear we’ve become so spoiled over the years we’re expecting to win this fixture comfortably.
No underestimating it. Always a hard place and can lose at any time there. Love sticking it to them with the wins 🤫🍀
James Forrest… an absolute belter HHero 🇮🇪🏴
Great performance but I think Brugge will give us a harder game than Leipzig did, we will need the fans to be right up for it as usual, personally I would drop Engels for Bernardo who is a better player, think we have massively overpaid for the Belgian as I just don’t see the fuss with him, his distribution is bang average and he offers no goal threat or anything else for that matter, I would take £5m for him in January
I agree...he needs a few games on the bench and at least Bernardo has goals in him...we definitely paid too much for him and Idah but Idah seems to play better when he comes on as sub for Kyogo.
We took a wee bit of time to get going but when we did we are lethal. These are the games when you don’t start too well you show your metal when you push yourself right into it. When we move up the gears we are fantastic. Who says keepers shouldn’t get beaten at the near post ? Maybe 60 years ago when balls were a lot heavier but the pace modern balls travel those days are gone.
--> I really, really wanted Forrest to get a goal. With the new contract, this can't be the season to break his streak of scoring at least one goal every season. Maybe Idah should've let Jamesy take the PK. (Just joking ... a bit.)
--> Man of the Match 1st Half: Schmeichel (because of the first five minutes) ; Man of the Match 2nd Half: Kuhn.
--> I'm Team Bernardo over Engels (even though my wife's Belgian). And, I'm team Scales over Trusty (even though I'm American.)
Mcowan and bernardo are both better than engles .dont understand why mcowan has been frozen out .brilliant night though mon the hoops ☘️☘️☘️
Log out and never watch football again bud, no got a clue
They don't have a fraction of his potential tho, which is what you pay for when you sign a 20 year old. Everyone wants to sign Miller but there's no point if you drop him for a 28 year old who's only marginally better. You've gotta play him if you want him to get better, look at Kuhn.
Brilliant result.
Thought Engels was way off it though.
Needs to do more.
A little more aggression in the traditional footballing sense in the middle of the park? A holding mid maybe.
Serious question I've been category a all my life for away games and mates on our bus since 2004,how does Paul who is a good a guy get tickets infront of not only me but guys who have been going to see celtic all our lives
It’s a ballot is it no?
Possibly even more credit than you?
When maeda is rubbish and uninterested, it shows so much . Its almost playing with a man down. A cpl of games on the bench needed perhaps because forest was tremendous when he came on . Superb result ultimately . Well done, bhoys
We should be giving half that stand as they can’t fill it , now watch the gap between us & Aberdeen grow
Shocking turnout from Hearts last night. Could’ve given 2 stands 😂
First half poor & when we scored our first goal then our good passers of the ball took control & dictate the play
Khun ⭐ Hatate sorted it out in 2nd half...On The Bonnie 'Tic 🇮🇪
Bernardo should start even Hattate plays better when he comes on.
Arnie can come on fae the bench.
Starting every game not helping him. 😊
Gordon always makes a special effort against us, still has a bee in his bunnett about the nature of his departure from Celtic.
Do you blame Gordan ,
We shouldn’t have let Gordon go at that time.
Many moons ago he was in our box at Tynecastle trying to score a last minute goal when in effect Hearts had absolutely nothing to play for
Lawwell let him go for peanuts. Garden is a great GK and we should have kept him
Love this 😂❤
❤ beatin the wee huns ruinger wee bro gt skelp again 4. 1
Ha Ha
Bernardo needs to start over Engels, boy is lost. Wish Schmeichel would send it long when we are struggling
Totally. Lost is exactly the word I was thinking as I watched him. Very little from him.
@@Pete-ou9kj He definitely needs to get far more time, any more mediocre the shirt is Bernardo's. Equally Idah needs more time on the pitch. He's scored 7 goals this season off a handful of minutes.
I am worried we have spent £11m on an overrated midfielder because Brendan Rodgers wanted more height and power in the team. Paulo Bernardo was far superior when he came on and is twice the player he was last season. Engels was a non entity in this match, not because he performed poorly but because he doesn't get on the ball enough. Bernardo was everywhere when he came on.
Engels is a class player, will come good.
@JohnGordon-y2d John, my suggestion is that he is not playing badly or even that he is a bad player but that he not the right skill set that we need in our number 8/10's. He needs to get on the ball more and make basic circulation passes and I would prefer our 8/10's in general play a tad deeper which was what Brendan Rodgers said post Hearts interview as a change he made at half time.
Engels has played about 10 games with the team. He's still adapting to patterns of play, his teammates and his living situation etc. Think how inconsistent Bernardo was all last season
@conor4809 an excellent rebuttal. I hope you are right because I think the only reason we had to pay £11m for this guy is we only started bidding for players in the last week of the window and Augsburg didn't have to sell. This bloody strategy must change. How long can Engels remain in the team at the expense of Bernardo who, himself is twice the player he was last season?
I’ll never understand how the club whose player - not coach - was caught as a 21st century sex pest gets away with pretending their truth isn’t out there. Or doesn’t matter.
Shame on the wider footballing community, frankly.
Their match-day fanbase were worse than usual there.
But they’re struggling, so resorting to ideological copium, however pathetic and hypocritical, is regrettably to be expected.
Future not past take it your a hun
@@PaulOsbourne-u1f eh? He's talking about Craig Thompson the ex hearts player. And saying how can the hearts fans slag us when they have had their own issues just more than ten years ago.
