For some reason, the 1.2 exe won't launch the game but the original exe would work. I followed everything exactly and put the files where they're suppose to be. Even uninstalling and re-installed. Could there be a reason the 1.2 exe won't launch the game while its in the 2k24 installation folder? Thanks
The exe 1.2 works perfectly mate. Remove your mods and hook folders. Verify files on Steam. Copy the content from artwork (13GB) and Update 1. After that replace all files. Launch the game, it will show a pop up message since you have 1.2 from my files. Press on initialize and download the roster in game. If you do that in order, everything will work.
The game crashes whenever i play for about a minute in 1st quarter, when I replace the updated application of nba 2k24 exe, it runs normally. How to resolve this? :(

I extracted the files from rar file to the nba 2k24 folder. Then I went to load rosters as you describe and nothing appears right there.... I have nba 2k24 mamba version download from steam. Why this is happening??

Y si te refieres al scenario de PS5 (estás escribiendo en el video de PC), explico en el video en español como seleccionar uno y quitar el resto. Pero ya te digo que si hablas de PC, en el momento en que seleccionas liga personalizada el siguiente paso a cargar mi roster es seleccionar el equipo.

Man, the roster must be download after applying the artwork. So redownload the roster if you already copied the files. The instructions are pretty simple.
No, mods only work on PC, I can’t do this on consoles. This is not just a roster, there is a whole artwork package with more than 15GB only for 3D models and textures.

@@shuajota Just to inform you. I did it and it didn't work. I actually I did it by unziping the file global.iff from the first patch you have (not the update) and it worked like a charm. So in the pdf change the link location to the previous global.iff because it downloads the iff with the current basket net. I have problem, A dialog box pops up where it says: NBA2K_Hook doesn't support the game exe version you are currently using, so NBA2k_Hook will not initialize. The RAR file won't download. It fails with about 4-5 GB left and then the file shows 1,7kb! I have a GoogleOne subscription, so I have no problem with capacity limitations.

Thank you but you can’t play MyCAREER with mods. You have to use the latest exe for online modes. Make sure you make a backup of the old exe 1.2 included in my artwork for playing with mods.

it works for me but the net in the basket looks a bit wierd and the announcer cant say the names for some players, he just says"number 12" for example and dont say the name
1. You have the default net as optional file in the PDF. 2. Be grateful that I managed to activate callnames that 2K recorded 10 years ago when they had the EuroLeague license. The rest of the names, as you can understand, are not available because this is an NBA game and 2K never recorded those, lol. It's quite obvious.

You didn’t do that correctly if you are not getting the pop up. As simple as that. So make sure you don’t have previous hook and mods folder and copy the rar content correctly from the three packages.
It´s old gen so it means you have to play with 30-36 teams in MyLEAGUE. But you have the whole EuroCup, ABA and ACB. Don´t use NBA teams. I play with EuroLeague and ACB.

My roster doesn’t crash. Check your PC and video settings.

I enable the mods and fiba folder. When i load the pcbasket 2k24 roster all the jerseys are wrong. For example the USA jersey is all star jersey. 😢
Man, the roster must be download after applying the artwork. So redownload the roster if you already copied the files. The instructions are pretty simple.

No, mods only work on PC, I can’t do this on consoles. This is not just a roster, there is a whole artwork package with more than 15GB only for 3D models and textures.
Suddenly did not appear the euroleague teams as they are and then do not load.Goes in 70% and stops.
The players are with different faces ,bald etc.Most teams hast their signs either.
When I try to get in to the game shows me the message

Yesterday, 2K updated the game, and I already mentioned that you needed to back up the 1.2 exe file. Now, what you need to do is download it and replace it. Then, when you run NBA 2K24, press "initialize" when the pop-up message appears.

Just make a backup of the current exe and use the custom one in my artwork for mods. When you want to play online modes, then replace the new exe.
I noticed that after the patch the game has other basket net. How can I have back the right one?
You have the default one in the pdf as optional file.
@@shuajota Just to inform you. I did it and it didn't work. I actually I did it by unziping the file global.iff from the first patch you have (not the update) and it worked like a charm. So in the pdf change the link location to the previous global.iff because it downloads the iff with the current basket net. At the moment I’m focused on EuroLeague players. A single cyberface takes 10h of work and I’m prioritizing top players. I will be working on FIBA players soon but I can’t promise I can make all of them because it is being an insane roster.

Well, copy the files correctly man, bcs you are missing them. On my website you have the PDF with the links for artwork and update 1.

I have problem, A dialog box pops up where it says: NBA2K_Hook doesn't support the game exe version you are currently using, so NBA2k_Hook will not initialize. If you want want to use NBA 2k_Hook, please manually replace you game exxe with version 1.2.

The RAR file won't download. It fails with about 4-5 GB left and then the file shows 1,7kb! I have a GoogleOne subscription, so I have no problem with capacity limitations.

Your problem is that you started the game with the updated exe instead my exe so you have to restart the league

Thank you but you can’t play MyCAREER with mods. You have to use the latest exe for online modes. Make sure you make a backup of the old exe 1.2 included in my artwork for playing with mods.
I know I can’t play with mods I meant like the normal mycareer, with nba teams, it freezes. Otherwise the mods are perfectly working on myleague

There 3 rar files in the PDF. Extract the content of each one. Instructions are in the PDF. When you do it correctly, launch nba2k24.exe and press on initialize on the pop up message. Then, download the roster from 2Kservers.

it works for me but the net in the basket looks a bit wierd and the announcer cant say the names for some players, he just says"number 12" for example and dont say the name
1. You have the default net as optional file in the PDF.
2. Be grateful that I managed to activate callnames that 2K recorded 10 years ago when they had the EuroLeague license. The rest of the names, as you can understand, are not available because this is an NBA game and 2K never recorded those, lol. It's quite obvious.

I transferred all the courts(city, regular, statement, classic) to nba hook folder but I can’t see and load those folders in the game GUI
Im having issues with the artwork part. I downloaded winrar and im still stick.
It’s so easy. Download the artwork and update 1. You have to open both rar files with WinRAR and drag and drop the content into steamapps/common/NBA 2K24. Press on replace files because I included the exe 1.2 that you need. So after that, launch the game and you should get a pop up message. Press on Initialize and download the roster in-game. If you do that, this mod will work.

You didn’t do that correctly if you are not getting the pop up. As simple as that. So make sure you don’t have previous hook and mods folder and copy the rar content correctly from the three packages.

It´s old gen so it means you have to play with 30-36 teams in MyLEAGUE. But you have the whole EuroCup, ABA and ACB. Don´t use NBA teams. I play with EuroLeague and ACB.

Well, you have to read the instructions. Basically you didn´t copy the artwork correctly. The instructions are even in the PDF. Make sure you copy the content from artwork and update rar files into the main installation folder. Drag and drop the content with WinRAR and make sure you replace the files.
