Christians really need to understand the difference between the office of a prophet and someone called to prophesy through the Holy Spirit. Every true believer should be prophesying to encourage people. I personally think it's dangerous to teach people how to be a prophet or to be a seer just because they're envious or have some fantasy about it. The fear of the Lord is absolutely crucial. We need to pray for it to continue to grow that we would have greater discernment and wisdom as time goes on. Only God positions us. To be a seer is incredibly weighty as you and I both know. Anyone who knew the truth of the of the life of someone who is a seer for the King wouldn't necessarily ask for it. Although I honor who I am in Christ, our lives are spent set apart at the feet of Jesus and in the Word and most people don't understand what extreme devotion it takes to hear His voice and the instruction we must have. That said, I can do no other but to serve the King. People don't really like it all the time because they want your attention and for you to be what they want you to be. But often we're called to sit on that mountain with no soul around so we can see higher and further out to warn the people and to prepare the prophets and intercede. Even King David had Gad, his seer. The Lord is truly cleaning His house and he's dividing and he's burning things down to get His house in order. It's like you said, it's a narrow gate. The old structure is gone. To love God is to obey God. He is asking us to give everything up, release everyone, including our husbands, who are unsafe and do not understand our conviction to help establish righteousness in the Church. Not a popular subject, but no one can stop it. The Lord is going to rise up women in this hour who have spent everything on Christ and sacrificed everything and everyone for His kingdom. The Lord needs a set a totally set apart people who are trustworthy and willing to sacrifice everything, a people willing to say "Thy will be done" and actually mean it. The enemy fears the virtuous women that will rise in this hour who will decree what the King instructs and will command a blessing. These women have not been gifted with this position of honor, they have fought like warriors and wrestled until there's nothing and no strength left, but there is a King that stands ready to raise them from the dead, just like with Job. These women hunger and thirst for righteousness and for God's beauty to be displayed in the Church. This is why they'll wear the crown of righteousness mentioned in Timothy 4:8. This crown is specially designated for those who longed for Jesus' appearing and lived holy lives in anticipation of His return.
