    I started learning german in October 2020 and I have my first german interview in a few days, thank you for this

      It did, they were impressed with how quick I learnt and they asked if I understood everything they said, I said no but I was able to pick up words I knew in their sentences and make sense of it, I guess part of learning is experiencing it more

    Thank you for this information Jana! I had a video interview with a German firm from India in October. They couldn’t hire due to Corona, but I felt my “Tell me about yourself” was too long. I rambled too much :P Would it be possible for you to make a video on it as that is always the first question they ask?

    Very informative video, specially the part about fusion of intro with job description. On a sidenote, are companies in Germany active in replying to job applications in the last two weeks of December, as it Christmas time. Or has it got to do something with business closing in December?

    Greetings from India.
    I will be moving to Germany soon because my husband recently got a job offer as a software developer.
    I however will be coming on a dependent visa. But I am a C1 level german certified person along with business german diplom certificate and currently pursuing C2.
    Don you think I will be able to get a job in HR in germany?
    I am a commerce graduate and I have previously worked as a content writer and editor for english language print media in India. And I have a 6 months exp working with Amazon India as a German Language Specialist.

      Depends on what sector you are opting for as Chemical Engineering is a wide branch

    I got job offer in Germany, cologne with 72 thousand euro per year salary. My experience 7 years. Is it ok or should I negotiate more? Pls guide. I am from India
