My first time in Tathra, I came to do Tathra Mountain Bike Enduro. I was just blown away, by the area to be honest, racing these trails with the beach in the background. And then when we finished, you know, we had a
beer at the pub overlooking the water. I just thought this is me, to a T.
When you're in Tathra, you're catered for. You don't need to jump in a car. You don't need to head 30 minutes this way to go for a paddleboard, or kayak. No further than five kilometres, you've got Nelson Lagoon, Wajurda Point Lookout, you've got just this absolutely stunning estuary. It's crystal clear water. You can just base yourself here, and enjoy it, and make the most of it.
The most common comment I've got from people is it's like a mini Noosa .
Push off, up, and you got the best of both worlds."
