Actually DDD deserves the MVP cause his badges revived Kirby and the others when the others got KOd by Tabuu’s OHKO attack (if you’ve played Subspace in Intense). I know Sonic got that moment cause he was added last minute into the game’s development (and delaying the game) , but why the f does Tabuu has his wings back like nothing happened after that attack?
There is an oft-quoted variation of that verse, which I agree with, which adds the following qualifier: "including the urge to appear so grown-up". Tabuu did not understand this part, leading to his eradication, but Galeem knows it quite well, appealing to logic and schedules instead of what's proper or the norm. Much easier to forget in those circumstances that these are the things that make life worth living, not video games specifically, but the entire spirit of being young at heart.
In other words, where Tabuu was saying "stop doing these childish things, you weirdo", Galeem is saying "there's nothing WRONG with these, but you don't have the TIME to engage in them anymore. There's more important things going on, so if you can't fit everything into your schedule, logic dictates you get rid of the less important stuff."
Call me crazy for this but instead of society I think tabuu is the child growing up to the point where he said that he doesn't want to play with his Plush\Trophies anymore and instead wants to throw them out but yet his imagination defeats tabuu so the kid doesn't want to throw away his toys but instead wants to play with them more
This theory is a huge stretch, yes sonic beat tabuu (watch the cutscenes, he hits him then he dies immediately later) but that's it. He has his time to shine and world of light just ain't one of those shining moments
Sonicforces20 17 It's sad how the majority of the fanbase hate just about every Sonic game that comes out. It's been going on since Sonic Unleashed and only got worse since Generations. Now they're hating on that live-action movie when they didn't even see what Sonic _really_ look like. Not to mention the movie didn't release yet.
Personally, I like a different theory on Ultimate: each Master Hand is the creative spirit of someone, yes? Then what would a group of such creatives, controlled by a central being represent? A COMPANY. Specifically, a company that insists on its properties being controlled solely by its vision, regardless of whether it feels natural for them or not, as long as the light of GOLD is increased. Dharkon, then, is the toxic fanbase. These guys don't create, but simply demand this or that to happen. While Galeem focuses on money, Dharkon focuses on "cool", again ignoring whether it would be a natural fit for these franchises or not. Because they aren't tied by copyright, have no central figure as well, and are motivated greatly by "anger", their "world" is FAR more chaotic and nonsensical, which trades soullessness for just throwing everything they enjoy into the pot without thinking about it. Either of these entities gaining control of the industry would spell its end, either whitewashing the good stuff away or burying it under murky, clouded products that had none of the grime scrubbed off. But some creatives have integrity, and some fans DO consider what makes sense beyond a mere surface level. THESE groups, the sole Master and Crazy that join you near the end, appreciate each other dearly, as the creatives forge that which the fans love to deconstruct and analyze, and the adoration of such fans give the projects of the creatives a purpose and meaning more valuable than mere money. The wallets and kind words and praise of those fans will support the endeavors of such creators, and the combination eventually shuts up both the Company and the Toxic Fandom simultaneously, allowing for the industry to be filled with gems that sparkle with every color of the rainbow. So how does this all tie with the idea that Master and Crazy are two halves of a whole? Several ways. They could be the Indie creators, those who were inspired by the greats but struck out on their own. They could be the makers of the good fan projects (playable game or otherwise), balancing many themes and plots together in a way that is self-consistent and respective of the source material. They could even refer to Sakurai himself and those like him, as he's had a special place in his heart for these characters that reflects both the "Fan" and "Creator" sides of him. Or it could be all of the above, their otherwise unrelated efforts coming together to change the flow of the industry itself. Whatever way it is, it is a force that balances and weaves together the various aspects of the fictional worlds in a way that results in a splendor of color, spiraling higher and higher into a flame that will NEVER die.
Personally, I believe that both Galeem and Dharkon are evil; both want to destroy every being in existence, including each other! Neither of them are good. I think that Galeem is the undying light, the side of you that enjoys being childlike and partaking in activities like playing video games. Dharkon is the side of you that is trying to be mature and grow up, only focusing on thriving in life and meeting up to society’s expectations. But you can't have only one, just like how you can't beat only Galeem or only Dharkon. You can't *just* be childish and playful all the time or be only mature and strict. These two things can coexist; as it says in Ecclesiastes, there’s a time for everything. If you want to live your best life, you need to have balance, because you *can* have both! Just like how light and dark can coexist, so can your mature and playful behaviors.
Honestly I'd much rather say this as a sort of summed theory: having a light or dark soul is pretty different from being light or dark or being under Galeem's or Dharkon's control. What I'm reasoning is that despite Galeem being light, in the inside, he's a black hole.....he's *pure evil* with a *dark, hollow* soul.....oh, and Dharkon acts like him, so them too, oh, and Tabuu. We could even see his *dark, hollow* core. I'm not sure about Master Core, because his core is sort of balanced in shade and bright, so idk honestly. But still, Galeem, Dharkon, _and_ Tabuu all have *dark souls* of *pure evil* and must be stopped, and they were. Happy ending.
But wait... The good ending is actually beating both dark and light and reaching a true balance as there is no dark or light to be fought over. So you’re free to be yourself.
Just inmagine mephiles the dark as the final bos for smash bros ultimate, or for that Mather Solaris, but because you fight Solaris in a empty 'dimension' it would make more sense for mephiles to be the final boss, and Solaris as the TRUE final boss
And now that it’s been out for a few years darkehon is the darkness trying to take you over Again one of the last battles is master hand and crazy hand battling darkrhon and Galem witch means you the player batting your inner demons and Kirby is your childish behavior
There is a flaw in this theory, if we are the antagonist, but that doesn't make any sense, since were controlling the characters to beat the master hand and crazy hand.
I always thought by the true final boss that the moral of ultimate is more about balance and defeating both the light and dark, when galeem was defeated there was not enough light so dharkon emerged, when dharkon was weakened they became equal again, and so you only get the true ending if you defeat them both, i feel like there is a lot of taoist imagery here
I really got to say that is a good theory like even game theory got this wrong but I really enjoyed this and when you mentioned the Bible I was so happy to here this because I am Christian and I love Jesus I don't know if your a Christian but if you are I would like to talk about the Bible with you.
Sorry, it was close, but it wasn't a good theory. For one thing, Sonic is not at the epicenter, and if you couldn't help that, then maybe a Sonic fan and theorist shouldn't have made this video. Another is that Galeem was never good, if anything, this game was taking a page out of Shin Megami Tensei; a world can't be saved with either pure darkness OR pure light, there always has to be balance. Absolute darkness leads to mass death and destruction, and absolute light leads to the loss of free will and stricken control. Galeem wasn't corrupted, it was pure, and that was it's problem.
@@smittplays2702 Yes, but, they also attack each other, even when they summon their fighters, these start to fight each other and you can avoid that conflict
Isn’t it obvious? Galeem is just the parents trying to sell the toys away as the kid goes to college and the world of light is the kid searching craigslist for them. Stoopid. Age is irrervant
Just about everything you did with the world of light is wrong it has no significance to the Subspace story except for the setting in the beginning cutscene.(which was probably just a reference to brawl or a lack of imagination for a new setting)The main story of the world of light was that neither light nor Darkness can exist without each other because if one existed without the other the world would be thrown into chaos as the Bad Endings suggest, however the solution was either let them both battle it out or destroy them both now... I don't know what the consequences are for destroying them both but I do know that this has nothing to do with Subspace Emissary. Sakurai merely went off and made a whole new story that was a lot more simplistic in terms of its theme....
I know I’m late but everybody died Kirby too the fighters everybody died cause there gonna start a new life and idk where they went but yes they all died if u don’t believe me then where did the fighters go
so, i dont know if i should make this comment, i know it will be sene because this is a generally small channel so i know i will get some sort of response... but its never really talked about exactly when a tabu is a good thing. and i think it can be a good thing... idk this is just a slightly off topic comment that came to me. 17:18 well galeem is an antagonist, you get a bad ending for just defeating darkon in the end... perhaps this alludes to this?
It is not a sonic thearoy its a smash bros thearoy. And sonic is not the main charater its the orginal 8. You would not mention sonic alot if you did not like him. ;)
It isn't all about Sonic or Kirby It's All about the Gamer... Sonic it's just a character So does Kirby and Mario, and other video game mascot. Sure, Sonic breaks Taboo wings at the Subspace Emissary. But he wasn't the center Heck no one it's the center. Every fighter in the Smash Bros series are just the same. Everyone it's the hero and no one is the epicentrum of the story. Same does to Kirby. He do escape from the light beams but it doesn't made him a main character. He just got higlighted from the rest of the roster. So at the end... Everbody is just the same,no one got treated special. And I sure it's good, because this game doesn't need a main hero. Everbody in the roster IS the hero. So stop treating Kirby OR Sonic as the main hero. It's just my opinion though.... And I think The Game Theorist's SSBU video are more accurate than this. Ohh and last thing... both Galeem and Dharkon are villains. The true ending is defeat them both. I hope you make more research Henke and especially you, GamerGuyd But still, great video @GamerGuyd

I know Sonic got that moment cause he was added last minute into the game’s development (and delaying the game) , but why the f does Tabuu has his wings back like nothing happened after that attack?
"the enemy Tabuu must recharge"
@@duykhangtran4406 The worse part that he can use that attack really early in the fight.
So what about dharkon
7:48 BOOO shooters and sports games!
E rated masterpieces like smash for life!
Except brawl was T rated... but yeah!
Sonic will live on forever, who’s with me?
Me lol
I hate Sonic haters
Same here
So... you're a Sonic Hater Hater...?
The Gaming Lion I guess
Sonicforces20 17 It's sad how the majority of the fanbase hate just about every Sonic game that comes out. It's been going on since Sonic Unleashed and only got worse since Generations. Now they're hating on that live-action movie when they didn't even see what Sonic _really_ look like. Not to mention the movie didn't release yet.
Do you hate people that criticize the bad games
What a good Sonic/smash theory
The sonic connection is a reach but the rest of the theory was great. Good job man!
Yet nobody realized galeem and dharkon represent letting go
I think that this is the best theory on Super Smash Bros.
The light is likely for it to be time to give up some of your childhood…Sometimes you can’t have fun, but that doesn’t mean you should give it up.
This Video Is So Awesome, GamerGuyd You're my favorite and best theorists of all time.
Sonic-ZPrime thanks man! Means a lot
Your Welcome Man.
Your inner story amongst your videos is so fun to watch! Great job with the theory to both of you!
Shadamy And Sonamy Lover thanks!
I love this video! You should make a new playlist about that alternate theroy series! It's just too good!
Haha really? I can't see myself making another Sonic Smash theory..I'd just make it Smash Theories ;)
I always thought by the true final boss that the moral of ultimate is more about balance and defeating both the light and dark, when galeem was defeated there was not enough light so dharkon emerged, when dharkon was weakened they became equal again, and so you only get the true ending if you defeat them both, i feel like there is a lot of taoist imagery here
Well there's also the moment when Galeem sends out launching rings, the orb that seems to be Galeem's main body looks like an inverted Dharkon eye
The first 84 seconds of this video was hilarious.
This theory was really awsome, but can we talk about the fact that there are 2 Gamergyud7Aces!
Good video. I agree with this theory.
Thank you for the heart. I am a big fan :D
This theory was so good
Muchos Gracias y Feliz Navidad gamer guy (Yes I’m bilingual)
BTW do you think 06 can be revamped in order to be better it did had lots of potential?
N-Nani?! I'm left-handed...
*I'M EVIL?!*
Sonic what happened???????????????????
Sonic you got attacked by the fandom now you look ugly
You clearly don’t understand that there’s a THIRD ENDING.
Wait there's a cannon final 6? How? Where? Explain!
Gamerguide7aces do u know the game theorist ,he's like u,but in my opinion both of you are the best
I really got to say that is a good theory like even game theory got this wrong but I really enjoyed this and when you mentioned the Bible I was so happy to here this because I am Christian and I love Jesus I don't know if your a Christian but if you are I would like to talk about the Bible with you.
Someone call for a plumber? No
Yeah I got hearted *gets hit by light*
This theory was interesting to me
I knew before you made this video because it's in the trailer lol
Dharkon
Isn’t Shine/Twinkle ‘Pika Pika’ or is that Sparkle (Or something else)?
+GamerGuyd7Aces wait, what date will my request be released.
Also, DB Evolution = Sonic Movie 2019.
Great vid, just remember that darkhon and galeem are kind of a team toward you
Nope, they are against you and each other, remember that when you have weaken one the other takes the chance to attack it
True, it’s just, galeem still wants to kill you
@@smittplays2702 Yes, but, they also attack each other, even when they summon their fighters, these start to fight each other and you can avoid that conflict
This kid clearly likes kirby more than sonic
Take a shot when you hear society
I knew Nintendo loved Sonic :)
Isn’t it obvious? Galeem is just the parents trying to sell the toys away as the kid goes to college and the world of light is the kid searching craigslist for them. Stoopid. Age is irrervant
Galeem was Dio gone to heaven in disguise
Wow this is deep,17:37 hold up
That new intro music is nice 👌
Thanks!
I noticed it sounded like gleam and same with spoilers.
So has anyone realised that smash 4s final destination has the colors black, blue and yellow? In tabuus battle, its mostly just black and blue.
I wanna watch that again!
I HATE YOU GALEEM WHY YOU KILLED SONIC!!!!
22:30
You called it.
Galeem is thanos' lost sibling
ghaleem the thanos of super smash bros
world of light is hoshi no kabi which is kirby of the stars in jp.
So gallem is the Antichrist
“ sonic is never good, if you disagree, you can call the cops.”
You forgot what an opinion is and if you disagree you can call the cops 🤡
So you guys think Sonic has something to do with....this....
Understable have a great day
You were wrong with the Best ending part, Galeem has to die as well as Darkon in orded it get the good ending.
Michael The X yeah it’s pretty much implied because I didn’t feel the need to state the obvious lol especially after showing them both dying
@@GamerGuyd7Aces Oh ok! I just wanted to mention
But we already have Thanos in Smash! *earrape music*
wich one is better dark or light
Galeem wipe out everyone but Sonic the real hero
Oh sorry, i thought this was Cobi based on that thumbnail
MK Masters how the hell is a sonic theory Cobi-based??
@@GamerGuyd7Aces i mean the thumbnail reminds me of Cobi thats all
Ohh ok, the Generations-themed thumbnails. Just curious, you've seen my previous sonic theories right? lol
@@GamerGuyd7Aces a few tbh, I dont watch alot of your content, bits and bobs really
Im left handed. . .
Uh oh
sparks go to a costume
This theroy is very good
22:37 meme time erryybody
It is not a sonic thearoy its a smash bros thearoy. And sonic is not the main charater its the orginal 8. You would not mention sonic alot if you did not like him. ;)
It isn't all about Sonic or Kirby
It's All about the Gamer...
Sonic it's just a character
So does Kirby and Mario, and other video game mascot.
Sure, Sonic breaks Taboo wings at the Subspace Emissary.
But he wasn't the center
Heck no one it's the center.
I hope you make more research Henke and especially you, GamerGuyd
But still, great video @GamerGuyd
18:59 Of course there's a verse in the Bible called 1Corinthians 13:11!
Like it.
You spelled tabuu wrong
