Had a Driver come to my Truckers Chapel on Sunday night and had someone at a hack shop sell him a Connex 3400HP and told him it was doing over 100 watts, like around 150.
That's the kind of hack shop you'll find out there taking advantage of people with false promises.
Stu, when a limiter is "in place and functional" does it usually have a range that will allow it to overmodulate severely?
yes, if the potentiometer is tuned up fully it will cause distortion & will be over modulated
Do you work on tube radios?
No, I do not, sorry, too high of voltage for me to play with lol
