Everyone’s garden tomatoes are wonderful. Even here in the US you can get great tomatoes in season from the yard or farmers market. Not everyone here eats those awful factory farmed tomatoes. I grow different varieties for different uses. It’s bad for the environment to be buying tomatoes from a different country. Local is best.
If you're in Attica, eastern part in particular, try the Vraona pinkish tomato, it's sold in all the nearby areas like Markopoulo, Porto Rafti, Kalivia etc when it's in season.

@@siqizhang maybe, we dry roast our spices before blending them and have different blend for every dish so we can compensate for lack of meat. But this particular pasta looks promising cuz usually in other pastas only spice used is black pepper.

Sup Vince, I love it, I jar peppers I grow, hottest can grow lol, this year I couldn't get to garden this year(I miss my tomatoes , zucchini and hot peppers the most😢)so I used crushed Calabrian chilies when make, pecorino romano I use most, I always wonder are fra diavolo, spicy marinara and arrabiata the same, but called different in regions of Italy? But I don't get angry when I eat🤣😂, tyvm tc 🍝

I just cooked it and was the best arrabiata i made. The combination of garlic/parsley/peccorino/chill/tomato ist just delicious. E.g. parmicciano is no substitute here. And do not get too angry ;-)= Rather taske larger amounds of a milder and aromatic chilli than few hot one... I mostly take self.grown thai chillies about 1pc./portion. Already quite hot...And i mush tomatoes etc. directly in the pan, not separately before. Quality antistick pan coatings have no problem with this....

I made this, it's really good! I put in 2 chilis, and it was enough for me. As soon as you start to sweat, you know your limit 😉 great taste!!
