    So I’ve been having an issue where I alternator has been running short of voltage. After replacing it twice in one week, I figured I get into the electronic side of it. After doing so, I fixed my issue.
    I made this video so that others can follow these steps to hopefully fix their issue as well if their battery and alternator is fine.

    When the problem returns, get yourself an alternator for a 2010 GT. Its also incredibly dangerous to wear a watch or jewelry while working on a car

    That's a fusible link and is supposed to be there in the main batt cable. Someone probably already commented this but anyway. 👍

    For some reason when I get a new alternator and do a hard pull the battery light comes on and stays on. The power fluctuates back and fourth. I have a 135amp alt. You think doing this would fix that issue ?

      I’m having the same issues I been driving it like that for 2 months now have you ever fixed it? And also everytime I do a hard pull it turns off my stereo but still runs good and
      The battery voltage goes up and down and then calms down for a few seconds and continues and I already bought a new battery and alternator but no fix

    One side of the connector end on my wire is slightly damaged. Could I flip it and get moving?

    The old wire had a fusable link you need to put one in the new wire.. or you will burn the car..

    • @666sosa
      @666sosa 2 роки тому +1

      Was going to say the same thing, that small section of wire is a fusible link, it’s a wire with built in resistance that will burn before it over loads your battery!

      Hey, after this install I had no issues with the vehicle in terms of electronics till parts got stolen off the vehicle for over a year. Never had to get a new battery or alternator since then. Maybe I did do something wrong but I haven’t had any issues with it since. After the throttle body was stolen along with some other connections then I faced electrical issues with having the TPS at the right voltage. Sorry if the info was misleading but for me and many others this worked perfectly fine.
