At a little less than four minutes into this video when the individual mentioned you were recording license plates, she had no idea that when you were videoing her the cars passing behind her all had license plates visible. So based on your cameras ability you could have recorded everyone of those license plates, how does that differ from the people in the drive-through? Pretty much every intersection with traffic lights and many without have cameras. Reason to A) I.D. illegal activity, B) record the License plate to order to apprehend the owner/driver. Also no front license plate is illegal, but law enforcement just adds it on when a ticket for something else.
Personally. I have Never spoken to any license plate that told me they didn't want to be recorded. So it must be uncomfortable with SO MANY LICENSE PLATES everywhere you go..SILENT.
