totally get you. I think people who recognize with the caracter of Sakura are probably thought to be gullible...
Either way I still think Sakura is a huge inspiration to the world, so much effort, cooperation and love :)

i'm SO happy this playlist exists. i've been doing CCSaturdays (cardcaptor sakura saturdays) where i watch 1 episode a week, like it were a newly released anime and i was waiting every week for it. i didn't get to properly see it in the mornings as a child as it got replaced with another show. i'm going to be sad when CCSaturdays end but i still have more than a year left!!

I've loved CCS for most f my life. I'm 30 now, but it's been there since elementary school. When I got the DVD set in middle school, I would go home every day and watch episodes. It took me almost all of 7th grade to get through it all. I also started collecting all the manga then and I'd bring a book every day. I'd get made fun of (back when liking anime/manga got you bullied cause no one knew what it was) but it was my comfort. It's been over 15 years since then but all always cherish the memories of watching and reading CCS. Makes me want to rewatch it all. I miss it so much.
I'm glad someone else remembers when anime/manga wasn't popular and you'd get made fun of for it. 30 now and I remember waking up to an episode of either Sailor Moon or Card Captor Sakura every morning before elementary school.
It's different on my part of the world, I guess. Growing up with CCS and other classic animes as an East-Asian kid, if you didn't like manga/anime (or K-pop and Korean dramas) at school, you'd be considered as "uncool" by your other more "cultured" classmates😂 They're just part of our normal everyday life (and childhoods of a lot of 2000s kids).
Makes me want to go and watch this show all over again...
and thats exactly what im doing. ended up even getting my sister interested.

I struggled a lot w depression + all sorts of stuff myself to the point where out of a year, I was cryin, miserable, n suicidal for more than half the year. What helped me was: focusing on the positives and being mindful n grateful and being proactive in pursing goals rather than caring about how depressed me or others are judging or putting me down. Of course Im not cured..but at least now the times I am depressed are incrimental rather than insurmountable. Sending you good vibes n best wishes. YOU deserve to be happy as does everyone else, you do have all the power and will to choose happiness and hope so why not turn over a new leaf! 💖🦄🌈⛈️🌟
