This helps me cope with my depression. When I take a day off from work, I listen to this and I felt calm and happy at the same time. This makes me pass time and helps me stop overthinking anything.
If you are dealing with depression try to spend sometime in nature or in the sea or in any near water area , it will help you

Edit x2 : i think I had to give you some news because recovering from depression isn't a easy thing to do and sometimes I'm so tired of the pain but I'm learning a lot more from others and myself than before. "Cleaning "your environment is the fist step to heal. (social media, songs that make you feel like you should think about your life) to every person with the same pain, you should never think you're alone because you're not. You have yourself. And I know that it can seems hard but you CAN defeat it.
I'm proud of you, too!
