em if it’s extremely tight, yes it will do a lot of damage to not only your hair but to your scalp. If it’s a bearable tightness and isn’t giving you headaches, it actually helps your hair to grow. Also, getting extensions protects your hair if you live in a cold country or it’s currently winter in whatever country you are in.
