How do u get a thermal ? I dont ser any while choosing the scope, and how much time do u wait before the dogtag coin hunt? I tried multiple time to find a lobby but it never find anyone

You can find a Thermal Scope in Lyons. A boss that you can find in Akiyama. When you kill him you can find a Thermal Scope in his box sometimes.
But you can also collect the module Night vision he has also and use them to craft a Thermal Scope in the workbench.

About the dogtag hunt it hard day by days to find matches because more players don't play the game every day.

I'm using Data mobile instead of WiFi.
I share Hotspot of my Phone to my tablet. So no need to use VPN.
VPN is needed sometimes if we use WiFi and if the WiFi works badly.
But me I always use Data mobile.
