So glad you all made it to Gatlinburg, one of my favorite places in the USA. We went to Smokies back in March 2023. We went to Buc'ee in Crossville, Tennessee and in August 2023, Buc'ee in Sevierville, Tn will open up. The other Buc'ee in Springfield Missouri will open up next year 2024. They are working on it now, I seen it when we were driving by going to Springfield.

What is even crazier in the summer time around 2am till 4am they are out roaming the streets and I live in the City and I didn’t think that I would ever see one in the City! Oh they don’t care they just love to destroy your trash cans and forever breaking down someone’s fence. One night when my dog Rock was alive he was barking like crazy but it was a bark that I hadn’t ever heard from him. I go to the door and I look out and a 500 or larger pound Bear was fixing to come across our fence. It was all I could do was to get my dog Rock on the porch and lock the gate on it so he couldn’t get out but he actually could he was that smart he knew how to open it with his paw! He was a Rottweiler and he was a big dog too so you could imagine me trying to get him on the porch. I finally had to think quick what to do too keep the Bear from climbing over. I had my mag light in my hand and I just shined the light in the Bears eyes and it worked he jumped back and took off running down the street but that didn’t stop him from coming back days later.. I was so scared for my dog... They are just garbage can destroyers!!! It don’t matter metal or not they will still destroy them.. We had one and it was made for that very thing and the Bear destroyed it big time. Hope you guys had fun other than the Bear!!

Y’all are downtown Gatlinburg when y’all said y’all didn’t know where y’all were lol I loveeeee that whole area! From Gatlinburg to Sevierville. That whole place is gorgeous!!! We’re headed the next Sunday!!! So excited!!! We went one time back and a bear got up in my husbands truck 😂😂 and yes you have to lock away the trash. Also they you aren’t supposed to leave food in your vehicles, they’ll try to get in lol

Beautiful view. Haven’t been there in years. My cousin was in Gatlinburg last month and had a bear corner her while she was outside and tossed her food to it.
The bread is pretty good but when you start working there for two years, you get tired of it it’s also pretty good with regular butter, but other than that Texas Roadhouse is pretty good but the birthdays in New York are way different than where you guys were because we do Texas Roadhouse, Yeehaw and everybody in the restaurant says Yeehaw
