@@aksa9993 I also had severe agoraphobia from age 12-15 and it gets triggered now and again. It's one of the hardest things anyone can go through! for sure healing starts with baby steps I started with leaving the house for 5 mins at a time, going to a shop for 2 mins just to remind myself it's not dangerous and I'm safe. I'm 23 now and thanks to them baby steps I'm half ways through nursing school💗 I still get anxious sometimes but the more you push outside your comfort zone the easier it gets, even though it often felt like I was going to die 😳. But if I can do it you definitely can 💗💗 a podcast that really helped me was the Brian Keane podcast on spotify any of his episodes about mental health and anxiety are so good!

mine is abusive... 2 of them narcissists.. n the third one a co dependent like me.. but dancing to the tune of the narcs.... i have not even told them that i have agoraphobia ..even I got to know about it just 2-3 yrs back ..before that i didnt have much of an idea of whats actually happening to me!!
its been 15 yrs now, living like a dead person.. n what might be different in my case is that i developed a physical symptom of that anxiety(otherwise just the anxiety itself, might have lasted even more than those 15 yrs).. n that physical symptom scares the hell out of me.. i am far more scared of it than the anxiety itself ....i d rather face death than that!!!😰
but there has been a slight change since a year or two.. nothing substantial yet......... its as if that slight change has happened within me.. but everything on the outside is still the same.. maybe its just that i have stopped being suicidal now.. thats y........ its like life is very very very slowly returning back to me.. but nothing actually is happening.. my life is still the same.. caged within the same room ..its frustrating!!
